What Wafa Rewards Stores
Wafa Rewards stores business account details, loyalty card settings, customer names, customer phone numbers, reward progress, redemption history, and billing status.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to operate loyalty cards, let cashiers update reward progress, show customers their card status, support business owners, and manage Wafa Rewards billing.
Access And Security
Business users can only access their own workspace. Admin access is restricted to approved Wafa Rewards administrators. Customer pages expose only the card linked to the customer URL.
Payments
Wafa Rewards may link businesses to Whish/Visa payment pages. Card payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in Wafa Rewards.
